You may exchange an item or return an item for refund (less the cost of shipping) if you request the return within 30 days of the Original Ship Date and the merchandise is received at the F.A.I.T.H. home office within an additional 7 days. Merchandise that has been worn is not eligible for returns. Merchandise that is damaged in transit or received incorrectly and reported within 30 days of the Original Ship Date is eligible for refund or exchange if merchandise is received at the F.A.I.T.H. home office within 7 days of notification.

Should a customer experience a manufacturer’s defect within 90 days of purchase, simply return the item to the F.A.I.T.H. home office with the original proof of purchase. Defective items will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of F.A.I.T.H. Company, and be promptly returned to the customer.

Due to the rising cost of silver we are sorry to report the hoop earring styles in the current catalog/supplements will no longer be sterling silver. We are happy to report, the same high-quality hoop earring styles that everyone loves are available to purchase in a non-sterling style, the only difference is the metal composition. We pride ourselves in offering high-quality products and great customer service, please rest assured the new silver hoop earrings, albeit not sterling silver, are just as beautiful as ever!

At F.A.I.T.H. company we pride ourselves in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. We recently learned an unscrupulous manufacturer has been selling us our hoops earring styles under the pretense that they are sterling silver when in fact they are not. We are very distressed about this situation and are currently taking steps to correct the issue. While the hoop earring styles were still of a high quality, the ones you purchased from us may have been affected. If you are dissatisfied with your hoop earring purchases made from January 2012 through January 2013, you can return them to us by March 31, 2013 and we will be happy to exchange them for similar product or something you choose of equal value from our current catalog. We will ship these items back to you no charge. Due to the rising cost of silver (which was apparently the reason our supplier sent us inferior product) we will currently be able to offer non-sterling silver hoop earrings. When silver prices stabilize and we find a trustworthy manufacturer we will consider offering sterling silver products again.
