You may exchange an item or return an item for refund (less the cost of shipping) if you request the return within 30 days of the Original Ship Date and the merchandise is received at the F.A.I.T.H. home office within an additional 7 days. Merchandise that has been worn is not eligible for returns. Merchandise that is damaged in transit or received incorrectly and reported within 30 days of the Original Ship Date is eligible for refund or exchange if merchandise is received at the F.A.I.T.H. home office within 7 days of notification.
Should a customer experience a manufacturer’s defect within 90 days of purchase, simply return the item to the F.A.I.T.H. home office with the original proof of purchase. Defective items will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of F.A.I.T.H. Company, and be promptly returned to the customer.
